My hardware-accelerated (GPU-powered) Image Viewer - it's very zippy and is loaded with cool, morphing transition effects. It also pre-loads the next (and hangs on to the previous) image, so response is nice and fast. Full Unicode (foreign language filename) support, multiple-monitor friendly, peruse images in an entire subfolder hierarchy, and much more.
