Hi, always loved your winamp plugins..

How come Milkdrop 2 isn't available for single download? I would love to put in on my Winamp-Lite.

Like everyone else, I love milkdrop. Whenever I get the latest winamp
it has new milkdrop routines, but I miss some of the old collections from
the past. Can you tell me, (as the author) is there any way of getting the old stuff. I understand since the pseudo-randomness of it comes from combining the routines in various ways so there may be a limit to how many routines could be in memory at once, but maybe not. You would know, I don't. All I know is it would be great to at least be able to load in old collections. I'll bet it would be a snap for you to do. Thanks again for making the best visualisations out there. The one that the microsoft media player has is sooooo primitive next to yours. With all the money they have, I can't believe they don't have yours or one as good.

 Megawatts
posted by Oriel on May 14, 2010 at 2:04 U.S. eastern time
 Ryan,

You say that Green Tags will cost $20 to fund one megawatt-hour. I pay around $0.13 per kilowatt-hour where I live, so if I'm calculating it correctly, that translates into $130 per MWH.

How is that possible? I've come to understand that green technology is more expensive/less efficient based on what I've been following. If my assumptions are valid please specify on your Green Tags page.

 Cascades

I've been a long-time fan of all of your work--especially the screensavers.

Is there any chance of Cascades running as a screensaver, or is there a special way of running that program when Windows goes to screensaver mode? That program is an awesome display of digital art, it would be nice to see it on my computer more often. :)

Thanks!
